Yuku free message boards

This is addressed to every person visiting our board for the first time(s). To keep the place friendly and avoid troubles, please take the time to read these few rules of conduct, and respect them on the Board. Don't fear, those are not too restrictive (are they?) and more often rely on common sense than anything else... but one never knows

1) TERMS OF SERVICE:
Please follow Ezboard's Terms of Service.

2) BEHAVIOR:
This Board is free-talk, but please avoid harsh words and abuse. That's not funny, as much for the concerned than for those who have nothing to do with the quarrel. If you have something to tell, tell it politely.
We have a forum here set for arguments and venting. So if problems appear, please go to The Certamen Chamber and express yourselves there, NOT in the other parts of the board. If arguing and insults are caught in a thread too (bringing the whole discussion off-topic), the incriminated posts will be deleted, or the thread itself moved/deleted. Problems are annoying enough without needing to spread them everywhere.

3) AGGRESSIVE POSTING:
I hate people arguing for nothing and juste posting useless things, like those (too many numerous) discussions about "your board is crap", and the user going on to post this type of messages. If you don't like our Board, that's your right, and you can claim it. But then why wasting your time repeating these things in a Board that annoys you so much? It certainly annoys YOU more than US...

4) ADVERTISEMENT:
If you want to post a link to your site, feel free do it, but PLEASE post it in the Hero of the Day section of the Board.

Any advertisement post which will be NOT found in the "Hero of the Day" forum will be moved to the said advertisement forum. That said, if I'm NOT in a good mood (which happens, and I HATE cleaning after spammers), I'll just delete the said post. Period. Yes, I'm being partial, but these rules are easy to follow and common to so many boards that if you don't read them, it's not my fault.

If the same ad comes back a second time, AND not in the "Hero of the Day" forum, be aware that the Mods or the allmighty Administrator (me) will have no shame in EDITING or DELETING the incriminated post (depending on the mood of the day).

If the same ad comes back more than 2 times in the wrong forums, I'll ban the user. Period, take 2. If you want to complain, feel free to send me an e-mail, but I don't have, and I won't take, time to send e-mails to everyone explaining why I moved/edited/deleted their posts or banned the users when it's clearly because said user didn't care about chec king a paragraph of rules first.

5) PICTURES:
Please avoid posting large pictures in the forums; I do'nt mind small ones, or one small banner in a sig, but anything larger than this tends to drastically slow down loading times. Please think of our users with slower internet connexions. You can however post bigger pictures in the Artwork section, so that people can give you advice (try to avoid too large pics! 72 dpi max and no more than 800 pix large). If they're not yours though, do'nt forget to give credit to the artist.

6) NO PORN, please! (As much in words than in pics and links) That kind of posts will be immediatly DELETED. There are special forums for that, so don't spam ours.
